Did you know that just by working on the feet you can benefit the entire body? Reflexology focuses on areas of the foot that correspond to specific areas of the body. Kimberly Redfern is professionally trained in the Ingham Method from The International Institute of Reflexology and has over 35 years experience. Reflexology does not have to be painful to be effective. We combine massage and relaxation techniques to every session so you will feel the benefits of Reflexology without the discomfort. And if you are ticklish not to worry. The firm but gentle pressure will relax even the most sensitive feet.

From Infants to the elderly and everyone in between, we treat all our clients with dignity and compassion. You are an individual and your therapeutic treatment should be suited to your needs. Kimberly Redfern is a Licensed Massage Therapist in New Jersey, Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and trained in multiple modalities. What makes us different? We space our sessions apart so that each client gets the time they need to discuss their concerns or health issues so that we can design a wellness plan that’s right for you. Life is hectic enough. We want you to come into our space and immediately feel relaxed when you walk in the door. We want you to take your time getting off the table without feeling like another client is waiting. We want you to leave feeling better than you came in and can’t wait to come back. We look forward to seeing you and helping you conquer life’s challenges by bringing balance back into your life. C*D topical treatment is a great addition to your therapeutic massage. We use a product from C*D STAT. Clients notice a difference in their level of pain after their massage. Often times we layer the products meaning we start with C*D salve and then add either C*D warming salve or C*D muscle cream depending on whether you prefer a warming sensation or a cooling one. C*D is a natural anti inflammatory. Ask for this at your next appointment. No extra charge. We also have some for purchase so you can use it in between appointments.

This treatment is 100% focused on the feet. Hot towels, soft scrub, full Reflexology treatment, foot mask, and foot massage all rolled into this 75 minute session. We are at a new location so diregard the address listed. Call or text to schedule

Ask for this at your next appointment. Magnesium oil is perfect at the end of your treatment to prolong the relaxation. No additional charge. Just an added touch.
