Please remember that healing is not a straight line. It’s messy. Some days you feel like you’ve conquered the mountain, and other days it feels like you’re right back at the bottom.
Whatever phase you are in today, give yourself grace. It is okay to not be "strong" all the time. It is okay to set a boundary that feels uncomfortable. It is okay to rest.
You are not broken; you are transforming. And the version of you that is emerging on the other side of this pain is going to be incredible.
Be gentle with yourself today, sis. You are doing better than you think you are. 🤍🩹🦋
Talking crazy back to anybody! Bitch, I don't know who you thought you were.
