Formerly “Quad Fitness” we’re excited for you to join us as we step into this new stage of our journey!

Same values and heart, New Mission!

We now will be offering Corrective Exercise and Sports Massage to help you Move Better and Feel Better, Pain-Free!!

Corrective Exercise uses simple, targeted movements to help your body move the way it’s meant to, by identifying and correcting muscle imbalances. It also addresses compensation patterns—when your body “cheats” by overusing certain muscles because others aren’t doing their job—so movement becomes easier, more balanced, and less painful.

Sports Massage is hands-on muscle work that helps your body move and feel better. It focuses on tight, sore, or overworked muscles using specific pressure and movement techniques. The goal is to reduce pain, improve flexibility and circulation, and help your body recover faster. You don’t have to be an athlete—it’s helpful for workouts, physical jobs, or everyday aches from daily life. (Currently offered out of Bluewater Massage, via Bill Sanders LMT 50017. But, will be offered in-house by June 2026)

We are excited to introduce a new Licensed Massage Therapist to our team of professionals! Welcome Bill Sanders, LMT 50017!

Bill is dedicated to helping clients feel and move their best. His practice combines the restorative benefits of relaxation and therapeutic massage with the precision of sports and clinical massage therapy. Whether you’re looking to unwind and reduce stress, or you need targeted treatment to recover from training, injury, or chronic pain, he tailors each session to your goals. Using a blend of deep tissue, sports massage techniques, and individualized clinical assessment, he will work to relieve tension, restore balance, and support long-term healing and performance.

Bill's therapeutic work is a unique and different style of bodywork, so we have created a specialty therapy called Sports & Clinical Therapy on our service menu that is exclusive to him.
This treatment is designed for individuals who want more than relaxation—it’s a focused, results-driven approach to pain relief, recovery, and performance. Each session begins with a comprehensive clinical assessment, allowing Bill to understand your body’s unique movement patterns, areas of tension, and underlying causes of discomfort.

Using advanced sports massage and deep tissue techniques, Bill will work to:
Relieve muscle tightness, knots, and adhesions
Improve joint mobility and flexibility
Restore healthy movement patterns
Support recovery from training, injury, or overuse
Address postural imbalances and chronic tension

Unlike a standard massage treatment, this therapy is tailored to your physical goals—whether that’s returning to pain-free daily activities, enhancing athletic performance, or correcting long-standing issues. Each session not only provides immediate relief but also works toward long-term healing and functional correction.
Please note: You will remain clothed during your session. We recommend wearing fitted athletic wear (such as shorts, leggings, or a t-shirt) to allow for effective assessment and treatment.

Bill is now taking new clients and is open on the schedule for appointments! Use this link to schedule: https://www.vagaro.com/bmbhwp
or call 256-272-1895.
