To help us give each person the time, attention, and quality service they deserve, we encourage booking an appointment in advance whenever possible. Scheduled appointments allow us to stay on time, avoid rushing, and provide the best experience for everyone in the chair.

We understand that walk-ins are sometimes more convenient, and we do our best to accommodate them when availability allows. However, if we are fully booked, it’s not a reflection of unwillingness — it simply means we are committed to honoring the time of those who have already scheduled.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in these moments. Please do not be rude to the ones working hard to to give great customer service to the one in their chair. Respect for our time and schedule helps us maintain a professional, positive environment for all clients.

We also ask that if you book an appointment, please make every effort to keep it. Last-minute cancellations and no-call/no-shows directly impact our time and business. If something comes up, we completely understand — just give us 24 hour notice so we can offer that time to another client so we don't lose out on income. We are not paid by the hour. We are paid by the customers we have in our chairs.

Booking ahead not only guarantees your spot, but also ensures you receive the level of service you expect and deserve.
