What Is Structural Integration?

Many of you know I’m passionate about helping people move better, hurt less, and feel more at home in their bodies. One of the most powerful tools I’ve added to my practice is Structural Integration.

Structural Integration is a specialized form of bodywork that focuses on the fascia—the connective tissue that gives your body shape and support. Over time, injuries, stress, repetitive movements, and compensation patterns can create restrictions that affect posture, movement, and comfort.

Rather than chasing symptoms, Structural Integration looks at how the entire body is working together and helps restore balance through intentional, systematic work.

This weekend I’ll be traveling to Atlanta to complete advanced training in Buccal Intraoral Non-Surgical Facelift Massage and will soon be adding this service to my menu!

This unique treatment combines:
