In June 2025, we took over this salon.

No experience running a salon.
No loyal customers.
No guarantees.

Just a small team…, and a decision to start over the right way.

The early days were harder than we expected.
There were days with almost no clients.
Days where we worked long hours and still questioned if we were doing enough.

Every client mattered.
Every mistake felt personal.

There were moments when a customer wasn’t satisfied, and instead of moving on, we stayed late, talked as a team, and asked ourselves one question:

We invited them back.
We fixed it.
We learned.

And we kept going.
