I wanted it to be a little darker and even coverage, and it's just too gold and almost brassy for the result I intended. Do you mind coming back in a couple days and letting me re-tone it?" They will usually appreciate your honesty and trust you more!

**Swipe to see the before- this was supposed to be a rich warm caramel.... The toner took too light and very uneven. It was left looking very gold and hollow...I was not happy. So she came back today, and this was the result above!

Re-glossed using 8.3 and styled using their smoothing cream and oil. What a difference considering both toners I used were a level 8! The Arete was def more spot on!
