Thank you for being so welcoming as we introduce something a little new and different at Glo Beauty Lounge! Beverly is our virtual receptionist—and yes, she is a real person! While she may be helping you through a screen, she’s a real member of our team who is there to greet you, help with scheduling, answer questions, answer our phones, and make your visit run smoothly. She is in direct communication with each team member at all times to make sure communication is smooth and more consistent than ever before.

We thought we’d let Beverly introduce herself so you can get to know the person behind the screen:

“Hi, I’m Beverly! A mom of four from the Philippines, fueled by matcha and happiest when I’m doing Pilates or playing pickleball. I also love to travel and will almost always choose to visit a country during its winter season because the Philippines is already hot enough for me.

Life is usually a mix of mom duties, work, workouts, travel plans, and finding time for the things I love.”💕

Heather Holmes is a passionate aesthetician dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. After graduating from the International Beauty School in Eugene, Oregon in 2022, she combined her artistic eye with years of experience as a restorative dental assistant to create a detail-oriented, client-focused approach. She specializes in facials, waxing, lash lifts, and tinting, delivering relaxing, results-driven treatments. When she’s not in the treatment room, Heather loves beach days, lunch dates at local restaurants, and spending quality time with her son, boyfriend, and her dog.

Where is your favorite place to vacation?
“I’m convinced tropical vacations are part of my self-care routine. Give me sunshine, clear water, sandy beaches, and zero responsibilities for a few days, and suddenly I become the best version of myself. Bonus points if there’s a sunset and tacos involved. 🌴🌊🌮”

What your favorite service you offer?
“I love waxing because it allows me to help clients feel confident, comfortable and cared for a while providing results that make a real difference in their self-care routine”

Esthetician & Senior nail technician

Libbi has been a resident of Florence since the age of two. In 2017 she became a licensed esthetician and nail technician. One thing she has always been passionate about healthy skin. She excels in skin and nail care with products derived from natural ingredients. She provides an array of services here at Glo including Pedicures, Manicures, Custom Facials, and Full Body Waxing. In her free time Libbi is an active animal lover and advocate having multiple animals of her own. She loves spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors.

Outside of work, she loves collecting perfume bottles, and Hot Wheels.
