We’ve noticed an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, so here’s a quick reminder of our policy. Our team’s time is valuable, and missed appointments mean lost income and fewer opportunities for other clients to book. Our goal is to avoid having to store credit card information for these situations, and we hope it doesn’t come to that.

We understand emergencies happen — those will never be counted as a no-show. All we ask is for as much notice as possible so we can offer your spot to someone else.
