✨ Appointment Cancellation Policy Reminder ✨

We completely understand that things come up and plans sometimes change. However, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Our appointments are reserved specifically for you, and as commission-based providers, we only get paid when we have a client in our chair. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it very difficult for us to fill that time with another client who may have been waiting for an appointment.

Because of this, a late cancellation/no-show fee of 25% of the scheduled service total will be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice.

Please understand that any outstanding cancellation fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
