Memorial Day weekend is a great time to relax, spend time with family and friends, and enjoy the outdoors. Since you'll likely be outside for barbecues, beach trips, or other fun activities, wearing sunscreen is super important. Sunscreen helps protect your skin from harmful UV rays that can cause sunburn, skin damage, and increase the risk of skin cancer.

Make sure to choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30, apply it generously 15 minutes before going outside, and reapply every two hours—or more often if you're swimming or sweating. Don’t forget areas like your ears, neck, and the tops of your feet! Wearing a hat and sunglasses can also help protect you from the sun.
