The Recovery Cocoon is a deeply restorative body treatment designed to reduce inflammation, calm the nervous system, and support full-body recovery.

Your session begins with a full-body exfoliation to stimulate circulation and prepare the skin for optimal absorption. Next, your choice of CBD, magnesium, or whipped body butter is applied to target muscle tension, hydration, and recovery support.

You are then wrapped in a thermal body cocoon, allowing heat to enhance absorption while your body fully relaxes.

Ideal for:

This is recovery - elevated!

The stand-alone service is 45 minutes and $60. Add on time is 30 minutes and $50. First two bookings for Valentines Day will receive a dry body brush to take home.
