I love using leftovers. And I had leftover chili (see yesterday's recipe) and little peppers and these came out great!
I just sliced the peppers in half, put a spoonful of chili in each, topped with shredded pepperjack cheese and baked at 400 for about 8 minutes.
Topped with fresh grated parmesan.

Any fruit i went strawberries & kiwi (quick note: it would be better to put kiwi as a topping instead of mixing it in as it can get bitter)
Scoop of protein powder myprotein
Chia seeds myprotein
Stir and mix well till combined
Refrigerate for around 4 hours or overnight
