Self-care looks different for everybody. 💕
For me, sometimes it’s a Starbucks run. Sometimes it’s sitting down with my journal and getting everything out of my head. Sometimes it’s simply taking a walk and giving myself a minute to just BE.
I spend so much of my time taking care of other people, but I’m learning that I have to make room for myself too.
That’s something I want every person who walks into Euphoria 7 to remember: you deserve to be on your own priority list too.
