The ingredients continue to work for 72 hours after you have applied it, so you may continue to see progressive results over this time period. Each wrap is only to be used once. ( I saw only 1/4 inch loss after 45 min. the first time I used it, but by day 3 it increased to 3/4" in my upper arm and now after 4 applicators I have a total of 2" per bicep and a visible difference to the tone.) - You should wear each app. for 45minutes minimum. Because the applicator is a safe and naturally based product, it is safe to wear longer than 45min. if desired. In fact, we've found that one of the easiest ways to use the applicator is to wear it all night long while you sleep. If it is your first time using the applicator, we recommend that you only leave it on 45 minutes to test your skin's sensitivity to the natural active ingredients with detoxifying properties.
