Surviving the hair industry together since 2009 deserves its own award. 😂
We’ve watched people come, learn, grow, leave, build clientele, open salons, create brands, and become some of the BEST in this industry.
And maybe that’s the flex we don’t talk about enough. 🤍
We were never afraid to teach people everything we know because we were scared they might leave.
That’s kind of the point.
Train them well enough to outgrow you.
Teach them enough to build something of their own.
Cheer when they do.
Because after 17 years, we’ve learned one thing for sure…
You don’t build a legacy by keeping people small. 😘
And somehow, we’re still here. Still growing. Still teaching. Still creating really damn good hairstylists.
Maybe the “competition” was the résumé all along. 💅🏼
