Okay, so maybe you aren't sure why I am always talking about posture. Here is a great visual! Most of us tend toward "forward head" posture... all the sitting, driving, studying, texting, looking at computer screens... it's all detrimental to the posture, which affects the whole body.

However, there is more to correcting it than simply "trying to remember to sit up straight" - the muscles in the front of the body become tight after a while, and they hold the head and shoulders forward.
