Are you scrubbing your scalp too hard when you wash?
Most people scrub the scalp vigorously, assuming it’s “working better”. There’s no need for that!
Our hair is 3X weaker when it’s wet. Scrubbing with your nails or harsh scrubbing will tangle it and damage the cuticle in the process. Ultimately, you’ll end up shedding more hair than you’re supposed to. Gentle scrubbing is best!
