Don’t be like this squirrel on my trampoline in my backyard! Don’t get stuck doing the same thing and expecting different results. You need a plan to grow and see changes in your life. Do you have fitness goals you desire to reach? No matter what area of your life you want to grow in, you need a plan! If you want to grow spiritually you need a plan (I talked about that in a previous post!). If you want to grow physically whether that’s gaining strength, losing weight, getting toned muscles, increasing your cardio endurance, adding muscle, etc., you need a plan. I am here to help you meet those fitness goals with a plan. I am offering a monthly workout plan for only $30. You will receive 3 workouts each week focusing on specific muscle groups and a full body Friday workout. Açaí bowl for breakfast. I had already mixed it up before taking a picture but sometimes I just need something I can chew versus a smoothie for breakfast. I like to add a little almond milk to the frozen açaí packet and blend with vanilla protein. Then top it with whatever toppings I like. Today I added strawberries and blueberries and a little granola. I also love to add pb or almond butter or even pbfit with sliced almonds, coconut, and a drizzle of honey with some fresh fruit. Açaí bowls are great because you can add all the things you love and create a healthy combo to meet your nutritional needs and tastes great. ̧aíbiwl

Healthy baked oatmeal with blueberries is what’s for breakfast on this cold Mississippi morning. My kids absolutely love this and it’s packed with protein and a great start to their day. We like to add a drizzle of honey and some PBFit to the top while it’s warm. I’m loving this Christmas season, and all the pretty Christmas decorations make me so happy and thankful this year. What information do I need to join the holiday transformation challenge? This is a Facebook group challenge to motivate and encourage you to workout at home or at a gym during the 6 weeks leading up to Christmas. The start date is November 9. You will receive 5 workouts for each week on Sunday. There will be 2 days geared to cardio and core which you can replace with running, walking, biking, or however you like to get your cardio if you prefer. The other three will be strength training.
What equipment will I need for at home workouts? mat, dumbbells (your weight preference), B***y bands (thick short bands in linktree),
set of long resistance bands (long bands in linktree), bench (or chair or step bench). Optional equipment: medicine ball, kettlebell, and TRX
How much? only $45 paid through Venmo - -Sensing
How long is each workout? The workouts are designed to be 45 minutes to 70 minutes long with most lasting 60 minutes. I will give options at the top of each workout to make them 30 min. Some days you may need to get a quicker workout in than others and I understand that. Life is busy but our health is important so 20prioritize at least 30 minutes each day.
What does my fitness level need to be? All levels welcome! I will include high impact options as well as low impact options. Any fitness
level can do these workouts with modifications as needed. I will not prescribe weight; however, by the end of the set you should be feeling a god burn and not want to do any more reps. I promise
that if you are working hard and lifting the appropriate amount of weight then you will get a great workout! Everybody’s hard looks
different so push yourself during each workout!

Just wanted to introduce myself to let you know who the face is behind Transformation Fitness and Nutrition. My name is Breanna, and I am a wife and mom of 4 children ages 16, 15, 13, and 11. I have been teaching group fitness classes, crossfit classes and personal training for about 11 years. I am passionate about fitness and helping others reach their fitness goals. I am also a nutritional coach. My desire is to transform the way women think about working out. My goal is to help women enjoy working out so that they can be healthy for themselves and for their family. My goal is not to help you get skinny but to help you get stronger and build more confidence in who
God made you to be! When I decided to start my own business at home, it was after much prayer and then stepping out in faith to trust
God’s good plan for our family. If you know me, you know I am very competitive and love to win! However, this does not mean that I
love self-promotion. In fact, it definitely takes me out of my comfort zone. This is where that faith part gets put to the test! I love
training clients one on one or in a group setting. I love leading a live group class whether that is crossfit, bootcamp or HIIT! I felt a calling to offer a group challenge for the holidays to help people, like me, who are moms and busy with children to have a game plan for putting their health as a priority even during an extra busy season. I also want to help women, like me, who love to workout and need an extrapush during the holidays so that they have a game plan and don’t have to think about what exercises they need to do each day. This plan will help you to gain strength, get tone, build confidence, and stay on track whether you are wanting to lose weight or maintain weight during a season when things can get a little hectic. So join me to stay on track with your fitness goals so that you are ready to start 2021 heading in the right direction. Or maybe you haven’t worked out in a long time. This plan is for you too because I have tons of options within the workouts for beginner levels too. The Holiday Transformation Challenge will begin Monday, November 9, and last for 6 weeks. Workout preview! If you know me, you know that I have a passion for fitness and helping people find something they enjoy doing to have a strong, healthy body for themselves and for their families. During quarantine our family felt a calling for me to start personal training from my home and I love it! I love helping my clients on their fitness journey. I would love to help more people on their journey as well! I am going to offer a “Holiday Transformation Challenge” for 6 weeks and would love for y’all to join me. What’s your favorite go to protein packed snack? My family loves these protein bites. I always make a double batch and flash freeze them. Then I store them in the freezer in a freezer ziploc for a quick and easy healthy snack option. It’s a great option when I want something sweet but without the guilt.
