The Gentleman’s Way

For me, cutting hair is a family trade. My grandmother and mother cut hair, which influenced my passion for the specialty.

Growing up with hairstylists was a great convenience because it gave me some of the best teachers. Barbering was a given to me when it came down to my career choice. It was just one of those things I was just like, why not? I enjoy the work and I enjoy the conversation and relationships I get to make with my clients.

I started in Kosciusko, MS, where I grew up and, after a while of searching for new ways to make my mark, I decided to move to Starkville, MS. What better place to shape the gentlemen of America than a college town full of our nation’s future leaders? I have been a barber for over six years now and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.
