💪 You Don’t Have to Do Your Fitness Journey Alone.
There’s something powerful about having a knowledgeable coach in your corner.
You might be surprised by how much more you can accomplish when someone is there to challenge you, encourage you, hold you accountable, and believe in you—even on the days when you don’t quite believe in yourself.
When you work out alone, it’s easy to stop when things get uncomfortable. A coach knows when to encourage you to push a little harder, when to modify an exercise, and when your body needs you to slow down. That guidance can make a HUGE difference. 🔥
But coaching is about so much more than counting reps or getting stronger.
❤️ We care about YOU as a whole person.
Your fitness journey is connected to your sleep, stress, nutrition, energy levels, confidence, goals, and everything else life throws your way. Some days you’re going to feel amazing. Other days, simply showing up is the win.
That’s where having someone beside you matters.
At PPP, we provide individualized coaching designed around YOU—your goals, your abilities, your challenges, and where you are today.
Whether you're looking to get stronger, improve your fitness, move better, build confidence, return to activity, or simply feel better in your everyday life, we're here to help you get there.
You bring the commitment.
We'll bring the knowledge, guidance, encouragement, and accountability. 💪
Your goals are personal. Your coaching should be too.

🩺 Having surgery soon? Don’t wait until surgery day to think about your recovery!
One of the most important things you can do before your upcoming surgery is talk with your surgeon about what to expect before AND after the procedure.
Here are a few questions worth asking:
➡️ Do I need pre-hab (pre-surgery physical therapy)?
Pre-hab can help prepare your body for surgery and may give you a better understanding of what your recovery will involve.
➡️ Will I need physical therapy after surgery?
If so, ask your surgeon when they want you to start. Some patients may need therapy very soon after surgery, while others may have a different timeline.
➡️ When should I schedule my physical therapy evaluation?
This is a BIG one! Don’t assume you can wait until after surgery to make the appointment.
Depending on where you live and the availability of local clinics, initial physical therapy evaluations can sometimes be 2–6 weeks out. At our clinic, we can experience those wait times as well.
📅 Our advice: Book as soon as you know you’ll need therapy — even if your surgery is still weeks or months away.
Getting your appointment on the calendar early means one less thing to worry about while you’re preparing for surgery.

Be informed. Be prepared. Ask questions. Plan ahead. 💪

🎒🍎 Back-to-School is just around the corner! 🍎🎒
And you know what that means… backpacks, new school supplies, busy mornings, and the daily question:
“What am I packing for lunch today?” 😅
Packing a healthy lunch doesn’t have to be complicated! One simple goal is to give our kids access to real, nourishing foods that help fuel them through their school day.
Here are some easy, kid-friendly ideas to mix and match:
🥪 Protein + Whole Grains
Turkey & cheese roll-ups with whole grain crackers
Peanut butter & banana sandwich
Hummus with whole grain pita
Hard-boiled eggs with crackers
Chicken or turkey sandwich with veggies
🍓 Fruits & Veggies
Apple slices with peanut or sunflower seed butter
Berries or grapes
Baby carrots with hummus
Cucumber slices
Bell pepper strips
Orange or clementine slices
Strawberries, melon, or pineapple
🥛 Easy Extras
Greek yogurt
Cheese cubes or string cheese
Homemade trail mix (if permitted at school)
Applesauce with no added sugar
Popcorn
Homemade muffins or energy bites
💡 A simple way to build a lunch:
Think protein+ fruit + veggie + something they enjoy. It doesn't have to be perfect!
And remember—healthy eating is about giving kids options, not creating perfection. Getting children involved in choosing and packing their lunch can also help them feel more comfortable trying different foods.
❤️ Now we want to hear from YOU!
What are your child's favorite healthy lunchbox go-to's? What can you pack in a lunchbox that your child will actually EAT? 😂
👇 Share your favorite ideas in the comments! Let's help each other make back-to-school lunches a little easier, healthier, and more fun!

💉 What’s the difference between Dry Needling and Acupuncture — and how can it help YOU? 💪
At PPP, we get a lot of questions about dry needling, and it’s important to know how it’s different from acupuncture. While acupuncture comes from traditional Chinese medicine and focuses on energy flow and balance, dry needling is a modern, evidence-based technique used by physical therapists to target muscle tightness, trigger points, and pain.
✨ How dry needling helps:
Releases tight muscles and reduces tension
Improves range of motion
Reduces pain and discomfort
Speeds up recovery after injury or intense training
Supports overall wellness and performance
Dry needling can be a game-changer on your wellness and recovery journey — whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or looking to improve your athletic performance. 🏃♂️🏋️♀️
Curious if dry needling is right for you? Our skilled therapists at PPP can help determine if it’s a good fit for your needs.
💗 Your body deserves the best care — let us help you move better, recover faster, and feel stronger!

Whether you're dealing with stress, muscle tension, or just need an hour to recharge, massage therapy is a great way to help your mind and body feel their best.
🎁 Gift certificates are available, and appointments can be scheduled by calling our office or stopping by. Give the gift of relaxation—or keep it for yourself. We won't tell! 😊

🥩 Why We Carry Heart & Soil
We believe performance and recovery go beyond what happens during your physical therapy session or in the gym. Nutrition plays an important role in giving your body the building blocks it needs to perform, recover, and stay resilient.
That’s one of the reasons we’ve partnered with Heart & Soil, a brand focused on nutrient-dense, whole-food-based supplements — including their popular beef organ supplements.
Organ meats have traditionally been valued for their nutritional density, providing a variety of vitamins, minerals, and other naturally occurring compounds. For people who don’t regularly eat organ meats, supplements can be a convenient way to incorporate them into a daily routine.
💪 Why consider Heart & Soil?
• Convenient way to incorporate organ-based nutrition into your routine
• Whole-food-focused approach to supplementation
• A simple option for people looking to support their overall nutrition
• Fits well alongside a balanced diet and an active, performance-focused lifestyle
We carry Heart & Soil products right here in the clinic. So if you’re curious about beef organs or their other supplements, stop by and ask our team. We’d be happy to help you learn more.
