Motherhood is somehow the most beautiful and most exhausting thing all at once 💕

Some days I feel like I have it all together…
And others days I’m reheating my coffee for the third time while someone is crying, someone needs a snack, and I’m wondering if I switched the laundry over.

But truly, I wouldn’t trade this life for anything!

Being their mom has changed me in the best ways. It’s softened me, stretched me, humbled me, challenged me, and shown me parts of myself I never knew existed.

And somewhere in the middle of the chaos, the messes, the schedules, the snacks, the Disney trips, the workouts squeezed in during nap time, the moments where I just need a minute…

I’m learning that motherhood doesn’t mean losing yourself.

It’s learning how to hold onto yourself while loving everyone else so deeply.

So today, to the moms doing their best…
The ones carrying the mental load,
Trying to take care of everyone,
Trying not to lose themselves in the process,
Trying to balance motherhood, marriage, work, health, and all the in between…

I see you! ❤️

And I hope yesterday and everyday you feel all the love, feel appreciated and reminded that you are doing better than you think.

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately…

Not because I didn’t have anything to say but because I was trying to figure out what actually felt right to share.

Somewhere along the way, I felt like I lost my direction a little bit.

And instead of forcing it… I took a step back.

I’ve spent the last few months really thinking about what matters most to me:
My girls.
My family.
Health & fitness.
Travel (give me all the Disney days ✨).
Helping people.

Real connection, not just content.

And I realized… I don’t want to fit into one box anymore.

I want a space where I can show up as all of me.
The mom.
The coach.
The business owner.

The one figuring it out as she goes.

The real, messy, beautiful, chaotic version of life.

So… I’m creating something new here.

Something more honest.
More real.
More me.

✨ It’s amazing to set a big goal.✨
