Let’s talk cupping 🤍
One of my favorite modalities to use whether it’s stationary or moving cupping. This technique uses gentle suction to lift the tissue, which can help increase local blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and create space in the tissue for improved mobility.
Moving cupping, in particular, can be used in a slower, more gentle way to support lymphatic flow, helping encourage the natural movement of fluid just beneath the skin.
Each session is customized to your body and your needs, and cupping can be a great add-on to support your overall results ✨
