Deluxe Gentleman’s BarberShop

Everybody talks about supporting small businesses. We actually do the work.

While others are closing early, we’re here. While others are making excuses, we’re making appointments. Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 10 PM. Real hours for real people.

People drive from all over West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania to get their haircut in Follansbee. They don’t just get a haircut—they buy gas, grab lunch, stop at stores, and spend money in our town.

That’s called bringing business to Follansbee.

We’re proud of what we’ve built. No handouts. No shortcuts. Just years of hard work, long days, and earning people’s trust one haircut at a time.

We love this town. We believe in this town. And every person who walks through our door helps prove that Follansbee is worth the trip.

We’re going to keep showing up. We’re going to keep putting in the hours. We’re going to keep bringing people to Follansbee.

Because that’s what winners do.

Deluxe Gentlemen’s Barbershop.

🚨 WE DIDN’T BUILD THIS SHOP TO BE AVERAGE. 🚨

We’re hiring our 3rd barber because we’ve officially outgrown two chairs.

While other shops are cutting prices, cutting hours, and waiting for walk-ins, we’re turning people away every single week.

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Shows up
✔ Wants to make money
✔ Understands customer service
✔ Studies the craft
✔ Wants to build something bigger than themselves

We don’t need another barber who disappears on holidays, misses days, lacks confidence, or treats this profession like a backup plan.

We need someone who sees a booked schedule as an opportunity instead of pressure.

📈 Better advertising.
💰 Better compensation.
✂️ Higher price points.
🔥 More traffic.
📅 Clients waiting to get in.

For the right person, we’ll even negotiate booth rent, help build clientele, or provide an apprenticeship opportunity.

The truth is simple:

Good barbers are busy. Great barbers are overwhelmed.

We’re not looking to fill a chair.

We’re looking for the person who can keep up.
