🎨 Ever wonder why you’re naturally drawn to wearing certain colors on high-stress days? Or why stepping into a bright, warm room instantly shifts your mood?

What if the shades you surround yourself with aren’t just accidental choices, but a silent language speaking directly to your subconscious mind? How often do you use color to express who you are—or to change how you feel?

In a world that constantly asks us to fit into a single box, color reminds us that we are dynamic: passionate and peaceful, grounded and creative. Every shade of you matters, and every color has something to teach us about ourselves and each other.

Join us this Monday, October 5th at 7:00 PM for a FREE interactive workshop led by our upstairs neighbor, Ruth Comley of Khymira Entertainment, in the 1st Floor Theatre at the Blue Wave Center!

Through guided reflection and a hands-on activity, we’ll explore how your personal spectrum influences your daily life and how our individual colors weave together to build a vibrant community. You’ll leave with fresh self-awareness and a new outlook on your personal style and environment.

🎟️ Admission: FREE Community Event
📅 When: Monday, October 5th @ 7:00 PM
📍 Where: Blue Wave Auditorium First Floor @ The Blue Wave Center (1400 Main St, Follansbee, WV)
📨 RSVP: www.mysticwolfwellness.org/events
🔮 Bonus: Ruth’s workshop sets the stage for Part 2 in November, where Mystic Wolf Wellness connects these insights directly to the 7 Chakras, crystals, and home energy!

Your body has an innate intelligence—sometimes it just needs a little space to reset. ✨

Reiki isn’t about adding something from the outside; it’s about clearing the noise so your system can relax, rebalance, and do what it does best.

Whether you’re carrying physical tension, mental exhaustion, or just looking to restore your inner equilibrium, a session can help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.

🌿 Ready to tune back in? Book a session with Jay or Jake at Mystic Wolf Wellness and give yourself permission to heal.
