Clients often ask what they can do to sustain results in between facial treatments. My answer is always a solid at home skincare routine. Typically masks are the last investment people make but masks give you so much bank for your buck.

Face masks are a very effective way to deliver an intensive burst of nourishing and therapeutic skin care ingredients in a highly concentrated form.

Pro tip: most cream-based masks can be used as a leave-on treatment. In other words, keep it on for 10 minutes or sleep in it all night and let all that goodness sink in. Apply your favorite gel-based mask in the shower to make it an active in-shower treatment. The heat from the shower can open the pores and allow the skin to better absorb the beneficial ingredients.
