Meal prepping shouldn’t be a big issue. If you know what you’re planning to eat, you shouldn’t feel any extra stress about it. I like to prep my meals for the week ahead because it helps me enjoy my mornings and stay organized.
This is how I prepare my meals, and you’re welcome to ask for any specific recipes. Thanks to my friend Suman for teaching me to wash vegetables with vinegar. I’ve been using this method for the last three to four years, and it has helped me a lot. Thank you.

Gut‑Friendly Moong Daal Pizza
Ingredients
• 1 cup yellow moong daal (soaked overnight)
• 1 cup paneer cut into small pieces
• 2–3 garlic cloves
• 1 small piece of ginger
• Salt to taste
• Red chili powder to taste
• Cumin powder to taste
• Oil or cooking spray for the pan
Topping ingredients
• Your own sauce (the one you prepare at home)
• Chopped onions
• Chopped tomatoes
• Red and green bell peppers
• Extra garlic or any vegetables you like
Steps
1. Drain the soaked moong daal.
2. Add the moong daal to a blender along with the small paneer pieces, garlic, ginger, salt, red chili powder, and cumin powder.
3. Blend everything into a thick batter. Add a little water only if absolutely needed.
4. Heat a nonstick pan and lightly grease it.
5. Pour the batter on the pan and spread it like a thick cheela.
6. Cover the pan and cook until the bottom becomes golden and the top starts to set.
7. Flip the base carefully and cook the other side.
8. Spread the pizza sauce you make on top.
9. Add toppings such as onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, garlic, or any veggies you prefer.
10. Cover the pan again and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Keep checking the base to make sure it becomes crunchy but does not burn.
11. Once the bottom is crisp and the vegetables are cooked, remove the pizza. Your guilt‑free, protein‑rich Moong Daal Pizza is ready.
