Jackson Soapworks LLC combines passion for art and spirituality with a passion for a pure and green lifestyle. My family and I have very sensitive skin, and with the harsh, dry Wisconsin winters, we were desperate for a moisturizing soap with no harmful chemicals or artificial fragrance. Since we have high standards, we also demanded awesome lather, which is hard to achieve without chemicals. Also important, was to find a natural soap that did not include ingredients with a long-term environmental impact, such as the cultivation of soy or palm oil. With years of searching with no avail, we decided to create our own. Our formula has been tested by our family and friends, to include many with sensitive skin, all who have told us that it is hands down, the best. Our soap is pure and basic cold-process soap, with no artificial fragrance or color. Sure, our soap doesn’t look like a slice of cake or a cupcake like some soap, but it doesn’t need to. The beauty of Jackson Soapworks soap comes from the rustic simplicity of the olive oil, flower petals, and pure plant essential oils. Your skin is the largest organ of your body, set your standard high, you deserve it. We abuse our skin daily with exposure to the pollution in our environment, detergents, and chemicals in commercial soaps, lotion, and cosmetics. Too bad I can't make claims like this! I can say that starting your morning shower with aromatherapy has numerous benefits! Not only that, your skin will be happy and you will be the best smelling gal/guy in town! Come get your soap (including Straight-up Orange) at the Saturday Fond du Lac farmers market. Possibly my last market before I go back to teaching this fall!
