Cole Fitness

Cole Fitness has seen several changes over the last couple years, and time for an even bigger one! That person was me.

We started as one guy who dislocated his hip and got really, REALLY, unhealthy. I decided to get my act together and make a change. I promote, use, and achieve my goals using Beachbody products. I drink Shakeology daily, I follow the programs, and I reap the rewards. Now, some time later, Cole Fitness is evolving into a network to help others get their fitness goals. When we help others achieve their goals, that means we are living our mission.
