It’s been a HOT Minute since my last post. I have NEVER stopped Thriving. It’s LITERALLY the fuel that pushes me to get up EVERY DAY.

I jumped back to Keto at the same time as starting Elite. I usually struggle the first few weeks but this time, I felt like I had such a smooth transition.
