Let your heart take a break from overthinking. Not every question needs an answer right at this moment. Not every confusion needs to be sorted out today. You cannot have everything in control. But you can trust yourself enough to keep moving forward anyway. Every step takes you closer to clarity.

Make the best of each day while you are alive. Turn little reasons into big joys every day. Smile at small things. Challenge yourself to stay upbeat. Create reasons to feel good when life doesn't give you enough reasons. Shift in attitude shifts mood of the day. Be the happy one.

Failure is not final. Defeat doesn't define you. You can recover from a rockbottom. You can always bounce back from a setback. The story doesn't end till you reach your dreams. Trust you can fix the mess. Trust yourself to learn, adapt and rebuild. Trust your strength.

You can restart when you want. Don't worry about external judgement and internal doubt. Just believe a better life is meant for you. Take a leap of faith. First step is the hardest one. It gets easier over time. There are new chapters waiting ahead. Today is a good day to start.

When you start a new journey, be patient with yourself. You are new to it. You have no clarity. You haven't been there before. Growth is uncomfortable. Change is scary yet you started. Not many people are bold enough to do something beyond the comfort zone. Be kind to yourself.
