Projectile has acquired Heat Exchanger Products Corporation (HEPCO). HEPCO has been in business since 1985, providing quality condenser, chiller, and heat exchanger tube plugs. These tube plugs are designed to be easily installed and removed with guarantees to not fracture or distort the tubesheet. Using a highly flexible silicone for the expansion material that will not deteriorate over time and lose its seal as well as a non-water soluble hard plastic for the washer and collar so that no metal touches the tube, reducing the likelihood of galvanic corrosion within the tubes. HEPCO expandable plugs are manufactured in titanium, stainless, brass, and ultem (non metal) materials. This design is utilized inside several industries, including: power generation plants both nuclear and fossil, pulp and paper and petro-chemical. Along with this new addition to our product line, Projectile will continue to offer our tube cleaners and equipment, tapered plugs, expandable rubber plugs, and now the expandable silicone plugs.
