25 YEARS LATER — WE WILL NEVER FORGET. 🇺🇸

Today, September 11, 2026, marks 25 years since the tragic events of September 11, 2001.

Twenty-five years later, we remember the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost that day in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Shanksville, Pennsylvania. We remember the families who lost loved ones, the survivors whose lives were changed forever, and the countless people who continue to carry the effects of that day.

We remember the 343 firefighters and 60 police officers and other law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice while running toward danger to save others. 👩‍🚒🚑👮‍♀️
We remember the first responders, emergency workers, military members, volunteers, and ordinary citizens who showed extraordinary courage and compassion in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We remember Flight 93, and the passengers and crew who fought back against the hijackers, ultimately preventing an even greater tragedy. Their courage and sacrifice will forever be a part of our history.

September 11, 2001 changed our country and changed the world. It was a day of tremendous loss, fear, and heartbreak — but it was also a day that showed incredible bravery, unity, selflessness, and strength. 💪🤝

As the years pass and generations grow up who never experienced that day themselves, it becomes even more important that we teach the history, tell the stories, honor those who were lost, and never allow their memories to fade.

Today, we pause from our busy lives to remember. 🙏🤍

We remember the lives.
We remember the heroes.
We remember the families.
We remember the sacrifice.
We remember the history.

🇺🇸 25 years later, we still remember.
25 years later, we still honor.
25 years later, we will NEVER forget.

September 11, 2001 — Never Forget. 🇺🇸

Should weather not permit, a secondary rain date of Tuesday, September 8th has been chosen to return.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!

⚠️ CLIENTS

Thursday, September 3rd!!
Please be patient and careful as the borough makes adjustments to improve our community. 🤍🫶

REMINDER: We are located at the corner of 3rd Ave and 13th St - we have parking on both sides of the building and by the trail available.

We appreciate you all 🙏

Chip Sealing will be taking place on the following streets on the following dates:

Wednesday, September 2nd:
- 4th Avenue from 9th Street to 11th Street
- 11th Street from 3rd Avenue to 5th Avenue
- 15th Street from 3rd Avenue to 4th Avenue

Thursday, September 3rd:
- 3rd Avenue from 12th Street to 17th Street
- 16th Street from 3rd Avenue to 4th Avenue

No parking will be permitted on these streets from 7:00 AM-7:00 PM or until work is complete. Violators may be towed at the owners expense. A call will be going out to affected residents this evening. Streets will also be posted.

This project is being completed as part of the Borough’s ongoing effort to protect and extend the life of roads recently resurfaced. By completing crack sealing followed by chip sealing, we can address minor pavement deterioration early, help prevent water intrusion, and preserve these streets before they require more expensive resurfacing or reconstruction.
