Minnesota Vitality & Anti-Aging Center

Meet Delaney, RN

Aesthetic Medicine | Nurse Injector

Many of you may already know Delaney, and we’re so excited to welcome her back to the Forest Lake community and introduce her as the newest member of the Minnesota Vitality team!

Delaney brings a unique combination of advanced clinical experience, aesthetic expertise, and an eye for natural, balanced results. Before entering aesthetic medicine, she spent more than four years in cardiovascular and surgical intensive care, giving her an exceptional clinical foundation that she now brings to every patient experience.

Today, Delaney focuses on aesthetic medicine and injectable treatments, combining clinical precision with the art of medicine and thoughtful, individualized treatment planning. Her philosophy is simple: enhance, never overdo. Her goal is for patients to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and still completely themselves.

Outside the clinic, she’s incredibly close with her family, especially her niece and nephew, a serious foodie, avid traveler, and passionate plant lover whose home has practically become a greenhouse. She also has a fluffy black cat with the perfectly simple name, Cat.

We couldn’t be happier to have Delaney back in Forest Lake and joining us at Minnesota Vitality. We can’t wait for you to see her!

Your body does a lot for you. Give it a little back. 🤍

Whether you’re dealing with tight muscles, everyday soreness, stress, or you simply need an hour to completely relax, massage therapy can be an important part of taking care of yourself.

At Minnesota Vitality, Janette offers both therapeutic and relaxing massage, so your appointment can be tailored to what your body needs that day.

•Ease muscle tension & soreness
•Support mobility and recovery
•Relax and decompress
• Leave feeling refreshed and restored

Sometimes wellness really does look like turning your phone off and spending an hour on the massage table.

Your. Best. Life.

You know something feels off.

You’re tired all the time. Your brain feels foggy. Your weight has changed. Your hair is thinning. Your joints hurt. Your hormones just don’t feel right.

Then you hear, “Your labs are normal.”

But you still don’t feel like yourself.

At Minnesota Vitality, we look beyond the numbers. We look at your symptoms, hormones, labs, lifestyle, and the bigger picture.

Because feeling “fine” isn’t the same as feeling like yourself.

Come see us. Let’s figure out what’s going on.

Your. Best. Life.

What does longevity actually mean?

For us, it isn’t just about living longer. It’s about feeling good while you’re living.

More energy. Better strength. A healthy weight. Balanced hormones. Clearer thinking. Feeling confident in your body and being proactive about your health before something feels wrong.

At Minnesota Vitality, we work with women and men who want a more personalized approach to their health, whether that means hormone optimization, weight management, peptides, functional wellness, genomics, or simply figuring out where to start.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you call us. That’s what we’re here for.
