Starting July 1st, there will be a small price increase as my business continues to grow and improve. Any appointments booked before July 1st will keep current pricing. 📅 APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING
• We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
•A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total.

📲COMMUNICATION
• I will do my best to respond to all text messages in a timely manner.
• Responding during designated hours allows me to remain fully attentive to each client while providing services.
• If you contact the salon later at night, your message will be answered the next business day unless it is an emergency.

💅 APPOINTMENT PREP (Nails) �•Arrive with bare nails for any new set appointment. If ANY product is on your nails, you must book a soak-off service.
• Inspiration photos are welcome and help with consultation. however, designs may be customized to best suit your nail length, shape, and the products available. Exact replicas cannot always be guaranteed.

🎨 PRODUCT
• To maintain quality, consistency, and service standards, I exclusively use colored acrylic powders, builder gel, and gel polish for nail services.

🧼 SANITATION�Clients must wash their hands upon entry to maintain a clean and safe environment.

🚗 LATE ARRIVALS
• If you are running late, please notify me via text message.
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed for emergencies only.
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee added to the service total.
• Arriving late may shorten your service time to accommodate the next scheduled guest.
• Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will be considered a missed appointment and charged 100% of the service.

⏳ PROVIDER RUNNING BEHIND
• While every effort is made to remain on schedule, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
• If I am running late, you will be notified as soon as possible.
•I truly appreciate your patience and will make every effort to ensure you still receive quality service and a relaxing experience.

⏰ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• I understand emergencies happen. Providing proper notice helps accommodate other clients and keeps scheduling running smoothly.
• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service.
• Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service.

💳 Non-Refundable Deposit Policy:
•All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your scheduled service total.
• Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations, late arrivals beyond the grace period, or no-shows.
• With proper notice (24 hours or more), deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date.

❌NO-SHOW POLICY
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may result in denial of future bookings.

🚫 RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

💅 NAIL FIXES & GUARANTEE
• If lifting, breakage, or concerns occur within 1-4 days of your appointment, one complimentary fix will be provided.
• Repairs after this timeframe will incur a repair fee.
• All services are non-refundable.
• Please notify us immediately if you are dissatisfied so we can address the concern.

💳 PAYMENT
• Accepted forms of payment: cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
• A 3.5% surcharge applies to card transactions. Cash payments are not subject to this surcharge.

💗 AFTERCARE GUIDELINE
• Proper nail aftercare is essential to maintain longevity, appearance, and nail health.
• Please be sure to book maintenance appointments every 2–4 weeks
• Questions about nail care, maintenance, or concerns are always welcome guidance and tips will be provided to support healthy nails between appointments.

My name is Maria Isabel, and first and foremost, I am a follower of Jesus Christ. His love and grace shape the way I serve others. My faith is the foundation of my life and the center of everything I do. I am blessed to be married to my amazing husband, Tim.
When I am not at the salon, you can find me spending time with my husband, reading my Bible, attending Embrace church, enjoying time with family, cooking, or thrifting for special finds.

I am the owner of Izzy Beauty Glam, and I have been in the beauty industry for 12 wonderful years. What I love most about my career is not just enhancing beauty, but building genuine connections and meaningful relationships with every client who sits in my chair.

My salon is more than a business to me — it is a place of encouragement, relationship, quality service, and excellence. A peaceful space where hearts are uplifted and beauty is nurtured from the inside out.

As Colossians 3:23 reminds us:
