Just wanted to remind you, even though we aren’t at the old location anymore, we are still here to serve the Lynchburg area. Everyone is settling in nicely in their new salons. Give Lindsay a call at Salt&fringesalon, Eva a call at Innovations Hair Studio and Spa and/or Chloe a call at Changes, Inc.!!! Brandon can be reached via drive-by on Wards (weather/supply permitting). Sun and Arrow are even lending a hand!

One21 Salon has permanently closed its doors as of 2p this afternoon (May 29th, 2021). As mentioned in our previous post, this decision was not arrived at lightly, but it was the decision that needed to be made. Lindsay wishes to say "Thank You" to the wonderful, amazing, loyal (I could list adjectives for hours) clients who the staff of One21 (and Personal Touch before) have grown to love and call friends. These last 10 years would have been impossible without you. While the doors to the salon have shut, we want to remind you that Lindsay, Eva, and Chloe have all moved to other local salons and will continue to serve the Lynchburg/Forest area. Lindsay will continue to keep the salon number (434-385-0303) active for the next few months as she transitions to her new salon. You can always contact Lindsay, Eva, and Chloe by calling their respective salons (listed in the previous post) to book with them, or Lindsay can help put you in touch with them by calling the number above. Lindsay will also continue online booking appointments through the page www.One21salon.com for about the next month or so as she tries to make the transition smooth for clients and the receptionist at her new salon, so don't hesitate booking.

Again, we cannot thank you all enough for being the best clients in the world. This last year has been a difficult one, but from the bottom of our full hearts we appreciate how you patiently stuck with us and came together to help during the pandemic. We love you all so much!

It’s our last day at the salon… 😢 What makes Brandon sad? The fact that he didn’t get carded at the grocery store when Lindsay asked him to buy a farewell bottle of wine!!! Apparently my birthday this week aged me significantly 😭😭😭

I know that many of Randal and Travis' clients used the O&M products. We have a 2 bottles of the styling creme, 1 conditioner, and 1 shine spray that we are trying to sell before we close. If you are in need of any of these items, please let us know.

Hello to all our friends and loyal customers! I just wanted to take a moment to address some news that is going around about the future of One21 Salon, Spa, and Wellness. Unfortunately, the news is true that we will be closing the salon. Lindsay has been struggling with this decision for a while based on a couple factors: 1.) wanting to be able to spend more with her family, and 2.) the toll the pandemic has taken on our industry.

One point we want to emphasize is that we will not be closing our doors until Saturday, May 29th. If you have appointments set for the month of May, we will still be performing those services at our current location.

Lindsay has not taken this decision lightly and most everyone on staff will continue working in this area.

Lindsay will be moving to Salt & Fringe (Salt&fringesalon) salon beginning June 1st. Some of you may remember Carrie (the Salt and Fringe owner) and her lovely co-workers doing hair services at One21 back when we reopened after the lockdown. At her new location, she will no longer be offering regular nail services, but she will continue doing hair and waxing (waxing will be available only on specific days).

Chloe will be moving (May 18th) to Lindsay’s old stomping grounds of Changes (Changes, Inc.) on Old Forest Rd. She is very excited to be working with the lovely ladies there and will continue offering hair services only.

Eva will be moving to Innovations (Innovations Hair Studio and Spa)on Old Forest Rd. on June 1st. She will still be offering the facial and waxing services she has been doing here.

Brandon, unfortunately, will no longer be the face/voice of One21 and will try to make a living peddling lemonade on Wards Road year-round. In actuality, he will continue teaching online.

We want to emphasize again, we will not be closing until May 29th and services for the month of May will continue as normal. We will also continue booking services after that date, but those services will be done at the respective staff’s new locations. Lindsay will still be accepting One21 gift cards at the new location, but no new cards will be sold.
