Hi there! I’ve gained some new followers and it’s been awhile since I introduced myself. I’m Emily Teal ✨ I’ve been a bodyworker and massage therapist specializing in Swedish massage, intuitive bodywork, sensitive skin facials, dermaplaning and whole body relaxation. Combining my love of caring for others and skincare, I created Serenity Mountain healing. My space is a place to unwind, decompress and come as you are, to be cared for and pampered with meticulously curated beauty services and intuitive, expertise bodywork. Each person on my table is such a blessing and I look forward to each and every session. Over the last decade working in Fort Collins I have had the privilege to cultivate relationships with my clients who now feel like family and close friends and it’s been one of the greatest joys of my life. When I’m not in the treatment room you can find me hanging out with my handsome fiancé, spending time with our fur babies and house plants, spending time outside to hike, bike, walk or hanging out with my family and baby niece.

PSA and Trigger Warning: Skin Cancer and bloody specimen photos. Little story time 🤗 I got my first skin check with a Dermatologist this February at the age of 35. I’m a millennial and absolutely tanned in tanning beds as a teenager and early twenty something. I grew up playing outside all the time, I was an all season athlete for all of my school years until my Junior year of high school. I hiked and worked out outside, ran and walked without sunscreen or minimally applying it for much of my young adulthood. I didn’t wear sunscreen religiously until I went to esthetics school at 31. After my first and recent skin check, I had had a spot that I was concerned about and felt in my gut wasn’t right, so it was biopsied. It came back as a basal cell carcinoma and I scheduled to have it removed as soon as possible and I was fortunate to have it removed on 3/5/26. The point in all of this is, please get your skin checks and be aware of how you decide to protect your skin against sun damage. As a skin care professional and someone who prioritizes health I have felt compelled to share my story and advocate for being proactive in this one’s health. I’ve had a passion for helping people as long as I can remember and I kind of naturally fell into massage therapy. I went to college at the Utah College of Massage Therapy and graduated with my Professional Massage Therapy degree and Master of Bodywork degree in 2009. After over a decade of working as a bodyworker and then spa manager I was encouraged to go back to school for skincare and esthetics. I had always had a personal passion and interest in skin health and a healthy lifestyle and esthetics was such a natural addition to my career. I just love helping people relax in this crazy, busy culture and world that we live in.
