If you are looking for an indulgent experience this is it! Spend 15 mins unwinding while your feet soak in a warm Epsom salt bath followed by a foot massage and scrub prior to your 60 or 90 min massage.

An option for the foot soak experience alone is available as 30 minute appointment.

Tips on How to get the most out of your massage:
- If you're uncomfortable speak up. So many clients tell me "you're the expert, just do what you think." While giving over control to your therapist can be part of the relaxation and experience, remember that I still can't read your mind. Oftentimes if you are uncomfortable, something can be done to remedy that.
- Keep an open mind. Massage is art and science, intuition and technique, a conversation between therapist and client. If you are wanting a technique or experience so specific it puts your therapist in a box, you may not be getting the best massage available.
- You don't have to talk, but it's ok if you do. This may seem simple, but one of the biggest drivers of the tone of the massage session is the conversation that is shared. Some people need to vent a little, some people like it very quiet. Feel free to let your therapist know what you like so you can have a great massage.

One of the most frequent questions I receive is what kind of massage do you do? Best Answer: Integrated, neuro-centric, intuitive, therapeutic massage (because “I don’t know what to call it” isn’t really an answer😆)

Massage itself is incredibly subjective to the giver and receiver. My definition of a certain type of modality is going to be different than your definition and different from your previous therapist. Two of us could’ve taken the same exact class on the same exact technique and come out of it with completely different operations.

After years of learning different types of massage I’ve come to realize that the technique I use matters less than the intent/goal. Every technique I’ve learned goes into this melting pot that makes my massage unique to me and is what allows me to customize a session unique to you. Who needs definitions, you jut have to try it.

How many of us think of our bodies being analogous to a car, a collection of parts that work together to keep us moving? If something is wrong it’s because of an accident or a worn out part. In reality we are much more multidimensional. It may be better to change our perspective and imagine ourselves like an ecosystem. There are a lot of variables that go into how your body feels and functions and this includes when it seems like it’s just muscular. Zooming out and checking in on sleep quality or if you’re eating well or if you’re managing life’s stressors can be helpful if something in our body is complaining.
I believe this is why massage is so helpful when we don’t feel ourselves. It helps us to reset and relax our nervous system and address multiple aspects of our ecosystem.
