Dr Fields “Perfect Balls” recipe!

One cup of rolled oats

1/3 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts

3 to 4 tablespoons of Super seed trio, which has Chia flaxseed and h**p

1-2scoops of unsweetened unflavored, pure Paleo bone broth, protein powder
(In our pharmacy)

two scoops of Nutridyn collagen renew (in our pharmacy )

If you have it, one scoop of high flavonoids cacao

1-2 tsp cinnamon

Mix all these dries in a blender so they mix well

Then you’ll add peanut butter, coconut oil, honey or maple syrup ( I only use max 3-4 tablespoons.
vanilla, as your wets.

Sprinkle in semi sweet chocolate chips maybe the minis

Mix altogether rolling into balls and put sprinkle of sea salt on top of the balls put in the freezer for one hour.

Once they’ve been chilled, you can keep a few in the refrigerator and these are very yummy high protein balls.

Our Ultra Rich Firming Lotion with alpha hydroxy acid is heaven for your dry skin. This moisturizer restores smoothness while nourishing and protecting the skin. It helps to soften the visible signs of aging and conditions the glycoproteins of the skin, which maintains the moisture balance. It helps to enhance the immune function of the skin and also promotes better circulation and healthier capillaries in the skin while it softens and exfoliates gently. It protects and renews skin, with anti-inflammatory agents and an essential building block for collagen and elastin.
