We’re over here juggling color bowls, playlists, peppermint teas, and schedules tighter than a top knot… so when someone no-calls, no-shows, or drops a last-minute cancellation, whew. That empty chair echoes through the room like the sound effect in this reel.
💯Here’s the real talk.
When we don’t have a guest in our chair, we don’t get paid. It’s not personal, it’s just how our industry works, and it’s why cancellation fees exist, not just during the holidays, but all year long.
🫠And during this season, trying to squeeze someone in last-minute is basically like trying to wrap a present with no tape… possible, but emotionally damaging.

🤰𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘁’𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗯𝘆 𝗴𝗶𝗿𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗯𝘆 𝗯𝗼𝘆, and the excitement in the Salon has been real. After a month of bed rest and everyone wondering when these twins were finally going to make their move, she officially got her date.
👼🏻👼🏻Tomorrow is c-section day. The twins are calling the shots now.
🫶We made this reel to celebrate her last day before she steps into this next chapter, one filled with double the love, double the chaos, and two tiny humans ready to take over her whole world.
🤗Britt is now moving into maternity leave and following baby time for the next few months. She’s tentatively planning to return around March, but as we all know, newborns run the schedule. If the twins need extra care or Britt needs more healing time, we’re giving her all the space and support she deserves.
😁She might pop in occasionally, but her focus right now is on bringing two healthy babies into the world.

Hey friends! We are so excited to celebrate with you tomorrow at our Hearts & Hair Rebrand + 17-Year Anniversary Party! 🎉
🚗✨A quick note about parking so we can make everything run smoothly ✨🚗👇
🅿️ Please park in the Target parking garage across the street from the salon.
It’s free, secure, and monitored by security, and it’s the easiest way to get to us!
Here’s how to find the best spot:
1️⃣ Enter the Target garage and head down to the lower level
2️⃣ Make a quick right turn once you’re down there
3️⃣ You’ll see a stairwell in the far southeast corner — it leads directly to Re*****on Street, right across from our parking lot at 428 Re*****on St., Fort Collins, CO 80524
🚨 Please do not park in the 7-Eleven lot — they’ll still be open for business during our event, and we want to be respectful of their customers.
If the Target garage fills up, there’s also street parking on Matthews Street (just one block behind the salon). But the garage will be the most convenient and safest option for most guests.

His & Her Salon located at 428 S Re*****on Street in Fort Collins, Colorado, We are a Paul Mitchell Focus salon that has been saving mullets and 12 dollar hair cuts alike since 2009. We focus on building long term relationships, creating a memorable relaxing experience, and educating our clients about their hair in order to meet their personal hair goals.
We are locally owned and operated by Andrea Andrews, we are proud of the individual style and salon culture that has made us what we are today.
