You might ask, why fermented Garlic and Honey?

The life-blood of our company began with this very product. Each batch of garlic honey starts with locally sourced, unsprayed, organic garlic. From there it is hand peeled and inspected, cut, washed and placed in a glass jar to be submerged in honey. The honey we use is from local Colorado beekeepers, raw & unfiltered to ensure the highest quality.

Each batch of garlic honey is fermented for a minimum of 4 weeks in a climate controlled space, before it is then redistributed to individual containers for our care kits. Stirring every day or two, our garlic honey batches are highly cared for and frequently used in or own home as well!

Researchers found that garlic and honey were both able to kill the bacteria when tested alone. BUT, when combined, garlic and honey worked even better to slow or even stop the growth of bacteria that cause illness and infections including pneumonia and food poisoning.
