Aquatic Movement Meditation In refreshing 94* warm water, challenge your grounding and fluidity with ai chi, breath work, and other mindful movements.
At this small hot springs pool, I enjoyed the challenge of bringing the sense of stretch and traction along with playful movement. 🐬🧜🏽♀️No matter what size of pool I’m working in, I try to bring an overall sense of spaciousness.
