Don't stress about snacks for your party! Starting today, I'm going to post fun and EASY recipes.

Spicy Black Bean Bowls

You will need:
A bag of Tostitos Scoops chips
A red onion
A jalapeño
An avocado
A can of black beans, drained and rinsed

Chop the veggies nice and small and mix with the black beans. I like to add a little lime juice and salt but that's optional. Scoop a spoonful into the chip and arrange on a plate. Voila! No muss, no fuss!
