A little Sanctuary milestone I’ve been waiting to share. 🤍

Months ago, I traveled to Vancouver to learn what was then called the Face Up Method. Today, we call it Sculpt & Release, one of Sanctuary’s specialty facial treatments.

This work goes beyond the surface, working with fascia, lymphatic flow, muscle tension and somatic patterns that can show up in the face and body.

And now, I’ve passed these specialty techniques on to Jasmyn ✨

We’ve spent weeks (okay, maybe months) working together to refine her technique and deepen her understanding of the anatomy behind this work. Watching her grow into it has been so special.

We like to say a traditional facial works on the icing of the cake. Sculpt & Release works into the deeper structural layers underneath, creating a completely different kind of facial experience.

Since my books are currently full and I’m working from a waitlist, I’m so excited that Jasmine is now welcoming new guests for Sculpt & Release.
