There’s a difference between treating the face… and listening to it.

One of the biggest things this training has reinforced for me is that so much of what we see on the face is connected to the way we’ve been living in our bodies — stress patterns, bracing, tension, overwhelm, emotional holding, nervous system dysregulation, shallow breathing, jaw clenching, burnout.

Face Up is a fascia-focused, somatic facial method designed to support both visible softening and deeper restoration.

As I complete my certification, I’m currently looking for 1–2 case study clients willing to commit to a 4–6 week series (once weekly sessions).

This includes:
• special case study pricing
• before + after photos
• a recorded consultation/assessment for certification submission
• sessions held Tuesdays or Wednesdays at 11:30am

Today was our spa photo shoot day, and honestly… it always feels a little like a tornado. 🤍

People everywhere, music going, furniture moving, products scattered around, everyone trying to bring a vision to life while chasing the right lighting and hoping the weather cooperates.

And after everyone left today, I sat quietly in my treatment room putting the spa back together and just felt this overwhelming sense of gratitude.

I can be really hard on myself. As a small business owner, it’s easy to focus on what still needs updating instead of how far this space has come. Every detail here has been built slowly and intentionally over time.

But sitting there today, I realized something…

Sanctuary feels exactly the way I hoped it would feel.

Calming.
Grounding.
Safe.
Restorative.

A place where people can walk in carrying the weight of life and finally just exhale for a little while.

And that means everything to me.
