I always have Thieves in my house! We use it daily to keep our immune systems strong and when we do come down with a cold we use it to kick it out of our bodies very quickly. Like in 3 days!! I make my own foaming hand soap with it which is awesome by the way. :) Thieves is amazing!!!

I'm the first to say that my workout habits are terrible. However I am trying!! With that comes some pretty sore muscles that have been out of shape for too long. I had been using Lemongrass to relieve those sore muscles but will have to give this a try sometime soon.
