Then life shifted.
I pulled back, disappeared for a while, and lost confidence in sharing my world as things quietly fell apart.

In my 30s, I’m rebuilding and learning how to be present again, investing my energy in the people I love, and letting real life matter more than the highlight reel.

I still feel that old anxiety creeping in like I’m not hustling or posting enough, but I know balance is coming.
