I may have had a client tell me this...
I also do Thai massage which is a lot of compression and stretching. At the end of a therapeutic massage session I did a stretch for his low back that is stiff when getting off the table.
For this stretch I do this after they are clothed and ALWAYS ask if I can get on the foot end of the table. Mid stretch he laughs and says " I JUST WANT TO CATAPULT YOU OFF THE TABLE RIGHT NOW " 😳
🤣🤣🤣🤣 We both laughed SO hard. And I am very grateful he didn't follow through. Life in a day at my office. You never know what you are gonna hear 😆

Psoas release conversation with a client this morning:

First let's talk about what it may feel like if you need this released...if you have pain while lifting your leg to put your pants on, low back pain could be an indicator and if you have pain in groin when try to stand up straight.

CLIENT: I felt the best I have felt in a LONG time after we did "that thing" last time.
ME: 🤔 the Psoas release? The one that helps you feel better when you lift your leg to put your pants on?
CLIENT: YES!
ME: So that felt good?
CLIENT: Well, it felt like hanging out woth my EX wife....well, maybe not that bad. But it was WAY better afterwards.
ME: 🤣🤣🤣

When your client tells you she asked her boyfriend...

Her: " Did she put her fingers in your armpit too? "

Him: "Oh my god 😳 it hurt so bad...then it feels SO much better after."

Some things are just so tight they need to be released. The subscapularis muscle is one you can only get to a certain way. But it is SO worth it if you have shoulder problems, or even issues going down your arm.
