Ford’s a competitive powerlifter for the University of Oklahoma, and he brings that OU powerlifting background straight into his coaching. He’s put in the work, competed at the collegiate national level, and knows what it actually takes to get stronger and stay consistent.

Now he wants to do the same for you. Ford trains everybody — beginners, parents, athletes, anyone who wants to get stronger, drop weight, or just feel better in their own skin. He’ll build a plan around your goals, not hand you a cookie-cutter program, and he genuinely gets fired up watching people hit numbers they didn’t think were possible.
