As you age, you may notice that your lips appear thinner. Volume loss can certainly be a contributing factor, but there is a lesser known issue occurring: pigment loss. It usually starts from the outer lip moving inwards, causing your lips to appear much thinner than they really are. This can look like blotchy borders or like a completely pale lip, void of any color at all.
Permanent Makeup lip blushing or full lip color by is the ideal treatment for anyone with pigment loss and/or those who may not be ready for fillers, but still want to look like they have full lips. It takes 2 sessions, 8 weeks apart and will usually last about 2 years. Check out your own borders. Look for where the smooth surface of your lip meets your fine facial hairs. Are your borders wider than you thought they were?
