Dermal fillers under the eyes are a popular non-surgical treatment to address concerns such as dark circles, hollows, and tear trough deformities. These fillers typically contain hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally found in the skin that provides hydration and volume.
However, complications may arise following injections, blocking lymphatic drainage causing persistent swelling and irregularity due to fluid retention.

Morpheus8 and hyaluronidase injections are two different procedures used in cosmetic dermatology, each serving distinct purposes.

**Morpheus8** is a minimally invasive treatment that combines microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy to remodel and contour the face. Here the thermal energy was used dissolve the HA.

**Hyaluronidase** is an enzyme used to dissolve hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers. It is commonly used when a filler has been over-injected, has migrated, or if there is an adverse reaction.

In this case both treatment modalities were used to target and dissolve residual dermal filler. This patients result are one month following treatment demonstrating correction to areas of darkness, tissue swelling and the irregularities.

Earlobe gauge repair involves a procedure to surgically correct stretched or torn earlobes caused by gauge piercings. It typically involves removing excess tissue and suturing the earlobe back together to restore a more natural appearance.
